We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Initiating A Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@anyescollection.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return request. Returns generally fall under two categories:
1. Damaged, Defective Item, or Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anyes will cover any costs associated with return shipping in this category.
2. Customer Choice
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or store credit, you will need to ship your order back to our U.S. warehouse using a courier of your choice. We do not provide return shipping labels. Once your return is verified as received by our warehouse, we will process your refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The exact time it takes depends on your bank/payment processor.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet seen it credited to your account, please contact us at support@anyescollection.com.
